Outside of the 50 mile radius from the 18013-Bangor zip code 50 cent/miles extra fee will be charged like traveling fee.
All infrared home scans require a minimum 10 degree temperature difference between the inside and the outside of the house.
Within 5 business days after the energy audit, every home owner will get printed recommendation or complete work order for repairs based on test results (includes a priority list for future improvements, blower-door test analysis, steady-state-efficiency test, CO test) and a CD with the infrared pictures were taken. Every finding is captured with a digital and an infrared picture for the ease of future verification. This is great evidence for you to fix the problems right away or at later date. On every CD you will also find information and tips for energy saving from the U.S. Department of The Energy.
